Belief in the Hereafter and the Modern Science | Research
Regarding the status and scope of science, there have been basic discussions in the previous line, in light of which these two points are worth mentioning.
First: It is pointless to make the belief of the hereafter a practice through science and logic.
Secondly: If one talks about science, it is fortunate that today science has made many inventions or discoveries that are helpful in understanding the belief of the hereafter. For example
Russian colors of physics are not more than seven types, the first of which is red and the last is purple, while there are thousands of colors that are unknown or cannot be seen by our eyes.
The submission is that when science cannot cover all the colors in this world and thus admits its scope, then why does it interfere in the affairs of the hereafter?
Science says that the ground under our feet rises 30 cm twice a day, which the common man cannot see or feel.
If you look at the belief in the Hereafter in the light of this knowledge of science, there is no way to deny it.
Now science says that air is so heavy that every human being can bear 16,000 kilograms of it, and is always under a strange pressure, although this pressure (due to its internal pressure) keeps on disappearing. Is. The common man does not feel this weight.
If you look at the belief in the hereafter in the light of this knowledge of science, the question arises that how can it be denied!!
In modern technology, surveillance through security cameras and video on demand is presented as evidence and the courts recognize it as a Muslim testimony, on the basis of writing the deeds of angels and presenting it on the Day of Judgment and the same. Proves the decision to be made.
Through binoculars, it becomes possible to see distant objects which are far away from the range of vision of the common man.
Through a microscope, it is possible to see organisms that we do not even realize exist. Isn’t this an argument that when we don’t feel it, something doesn’t have to disappear? This is the only principle that needs to be understood about the hereafter.
The existence of electricity cannot be denied but it cannot be seen either, this matter also helps to understand the belief in the hereafter.
There are hundreds of things that can be measured, including air, rain, water, electricity, temperature, and fever, where is the wisdom of considering the weight of the actions of the hereafter against reason or against science?
Mobile, the internet has turned the world into a compact global village, it is possible to sit in one corner of the world and receive complete news from another corner.
Until some time ago, the intellect was definitely not ready to admit, is this shrinking of the world not enough to knock our minds that when data from one corner of the world is possible to be transferred to another corner, on the Day of Judgment, all the world’s data will be lost. How is it not possible to transmit news and how is it not possible to calculate them?
Artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence) was not even known until 1956. Now it is taking over the tasks that humans are supposed to do, one form of which is a robot, which is taking over the tasks of surgery,
some Forecasters predict that by 2029 it is possible for machines to achieve human-level artificial intelligence, but with these kinds of signs, it is also to be understood that, just like the machines called artificial intelligence today. Many things are possible, so Allah has also placed special intelligence in the form of angels, which is preparing the deeds for the hereafter.
How is this incomprehensible? Rather, it is surprising to the scientists of this era who consider artificial intelligence as a threat to humanity, explaining that once man creates artificial intelligence, then it will automatically improve itself. , she will continue to redesign herself at an ever faster pace.
He further says, “Human beings will not be able to compete with it due to their slow biological evolution and as a result, artificial intelligence will go far beyond human intelligence. What a surprising thing is that there is so much trust and faith in this intelligence and no faith in the creator of the universe and the creator of the universe.
According to the BBC, Google gets user information through mobile, even if the location setting is turned off and even if there is no SIM on the mobile.
This strengthens our faith in the Hereafter and that when all this is possible in this world, Allah Almighty is able to collect our deeds on the Day of Resurrection.
Different countries from all over the world are sending satellites into space and these series are still ongoing, though these satellites help is obtained in various issues including urban planning, development of rural resources and infrastructure, and use of coastal land.
It should be understood that when surveillance resources are available in the world to this extent and secret surveillance is possible, then Allah Almighty is omnipotent.
Today, scientists believe that the universe is changing every moment and all the objects in it are in the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. This constant expansion is a theory proposed by Edwin Hubble and is known as Hubble constant.
And this is the same thing through which Allah Ta’ala calls in the Qur’an that He who can bring you into existence from nothingness can create you a second time, rather Allah Tala says: كَيْفَ تَكْفُرُوْنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَكُنْتُمْ اَمْوَاتًا فَاَحْيَاكُمْ ۚ ثُمَّ يُمِيْتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيْكُمْ ثُمَّ اِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ ] (البقرۃ : 28)
Meaning: (People!) How do you deny Allah? Even though you were dead, He revived you. Then He will give you death, then He will bring you back to life. Then you have to turn back to him.
Scientists say that 95% of the universe is currently dark matter, i.e. the unknown universe. But even if they believe it, then how can they deny the hereafter?
All these examples are just a handful, science students will surely have many more examples. After all this, I think it is necessary to present these verses of Surah Al-Mu’minun here, which are certainly enough to knock on such hearts.
[وَہُوَالَّذِيْٓ اَنْشَاَ لَـكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْاَبْصَارَ وَالْاَفْـــِٕدَۃَ۰ۭ قَلِيْلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُوْنَ۷۸ وَہُوَالَّذِيْ ذَرَاَكُمْ فِي الْاَرْضِ وَاِلَيْہِ تُحْشَرُوْنَ۷۹ وَہُوَالَّذِيْ يُـحْيٖ وَيُمِيْتُ وَلَہُ اخْتِلَافُ الَّيْلِ وَالنَّہَارِ۰ۭ اَفَلَا تَعْقِلُوْنَ۸۰ بَلْ قَالُوْا مِثْلَ مَا قَالَ الْاَوَّلُوْنَ۸۱ قَالُوْٓا ءَ اِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَّعِظَامًا ءَ اِنَّا لَمَبْعُوْثُوْنَ۸۲ لَقَدْ وُ عِدْنَا نَحْنُ وَاٰبَاۗؤُنَا ھٰذَا مِنْ قَبْلُ اِنْ ھٰذَآ اِلَّآ اَسَاطِيْرُ الْاَوَّلِيْنَ۸۳ قُلْ لِّمَنِ الْاَرْضُ وَمَنْ فِيْہَآ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ۸۴ سَيَقُوْلُوْنَ لِلہِ۰ۭ قُلْ اَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُوْنَ۸۵ قُلْ مَنْ رَّبُّ السَّمٰوٰتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ۸۶ سَيَقُوْلُوْنَ لِلہِ۰ۭ قُلْ اَفَلَا تَتَّقُوْنَ۸۷ قُلْ مَنْۢ بِيَدِہٖ مَلَكُوْتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَّہُوَيُجِيْرُ وَلَا يُجَارُ عَلَيْہِ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ۸۸ سَيَقُوْلُوْنَ لِلہِ۰ۭ قُلْ فَاَنّٰى تُسْحَرُوْنَ۸۹ ]
That is: He is the One who gave you ears, eyes, and hearts (so that you can hear, see and think), but you people are less grateful. And He is the One who spread you on the earth and to Him, you will be gathered. And He is the One who gives life and kills, and the alternation of night and day is in His power. Do you not understand anything? Rather, they also said what their predecessors had said: When we die and become dust and bones, then we will be resurrected? This was said to us and before that to our ancestors. These are just old legends. Ask them: If you have any knowledge, tell me who owns the earth and everything in it. They will immediately say, “By Allah, you say, then why don’t you accept the advice?” Then ask them: Who is the owner of the seven heavens and the Great Throne? They will immediately say that this (everything) belongs to Allah. You say then why don’t you fear Allah? Then ask them if you know whose government it is. And who is he who gives refuge, but no one can find refuge in comparison with him? They will immediately say it is Allah. You say, where does the magic come from?
Indeed, when we look at these scientific signs while keeping the Qur’an in front of us, then the result is the same as what Professor Philip Hattie also had to believe. He wrote:
“ The most impressive parts of the Quran deal with eschatology “
That is: The most influential parts of the Holy Quran are those that discuss the Hereafter.
This is the reason that the one who has the belief of the Hereafter firmly established in his heart, proves to be an excellent person for society. I pray that Allah Ta’ala will keep this faith forever. Amen, God Almighty
